Fresh Mint Sensation Recipe

Each recipe makes enough for two portions unless otherwise stated. “Juice” means to put it into an electric juicer. “Squeeze” means to extras its juice by squeezing on a citrus press. The juices are best served fresh, but if you need to transport to prevent

Equipment Needed

  • Juice extractor
  • Citrus press
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 inch grated ginger root
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 4 oranges, freshly juiced 
  • 1 scoop lim sorbet
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Pour boiling water over the leaves and grated ginger.  Steep for five minutes.  Leave to cool and top off with freshly squeezed orange juice, lime sorbet and ice.
