Our focus is teaching each individual athlete the proper alignment and posture needed when doing any weight lifting movements. Good form and technique starts from the initial movement all the way to the end focusing on breath to help guide the motion with ease. We teach each athlete how to move in their own body before loading up the bar with heavy weights. Another component to strength and conditioning is developing increased agility and coordination skills to help you become more responsive. Using plyometric training specific to your sports demands we customize the best movements for you and your fitness goals. When adding strength and conditioning to your training program you want to consider the different types of training cycles and phases for in-season vs. out-of season training to maximize your fitness potential. We work with you to develop realistic goals and help you avoid the signs and symptoms of over-training.
We offer studio-based personal training as well as online training options. Any studio training or assessments are conducted in Malta and Boston, MA Studio locations, but on-site training is also available upon request. Travel fees may apply.
