Here at Core Balance Movement, one of our goals is to help each individual move with greater ease and less stress on the body.  As per our philosophy, we do this by first conducting an initial assessment to study how you move in your body. Once we understand your movement patterns, strengths and weaknesses, we will design an individual customized program specific to your needs and goals.  Our training programs include a combination of in person (one-on-one) studio sessions as well as online training to address individual goals, level of interest and availability.
