Below are the different membership levels provided by Core Balance Movement. If you are unsure which membership is right for you, we recommend you signup for the FREE membership and we will get in touch for a free consultation.
- The Free membership gives you access to our portal and a 1-time consultation session to help us understand your goals and determine the type of membership and training program that best suits your needs. You can also use this Free membership to get access to workshops and retreats organized by Core Balance Movement or to book 1-on-1 or group training sessions for Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning as well as Sculling & Rowing.
- The Silver membership starts with a full physical initial assessment immediately upon registration. Based on the results of this assessment, you will be allocated a personal trainer that works with you on a weekly basis to build a custom online training program and monitor your progress remotely to help you achieve your goals. The initial registration fee of $349 includes the the cost of the initial assessment ($200) plus the recurring monthly fee of $149 for unlimited access to our customized video training library. If you choose an Annual membership you will get the initial assessment for free – a saving of $200.
- The Gold membership is designed for athletes who want to take their sports to a new level and members who want a more intense level of personal training. It starts with a full physical initial assessment immediately upon registration followed by a monthly 1-on-1 physical training session (1 hour duration). Based on the results of the initial assessment and the progress achieved during the monthly training sessions, your personal trainer will build and adjust your custom training program on a weekly basis, incorporating the physical training sessions with followup remote video training to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. The initial registration fee of $449 includes the the cost of the initial assessment ($200) plus the recurring monthly fee of $249 for unlimited access to our customized video training library and 1 hour per month of 1-on-1 training. If you choose an Annual membership you will get the initial assessment for free – a saving of $200.
