Summer Group Classes 2025

Join our wellness group classes: 

  • 60-minute classes 
  • Offering in-person or remote, based on individual goals, injury history and/or injury prevention
  • Led by skilled movement therapists offering safe and effective modifications as needed for osteoporosis and scoliosis students

Mat Pilates & Yoga Classes

Limited to 5 students in the studio, with the option to join remotely if arranged in advance. All equipment provided, all levels welcome. Class options: 

Yin Yoga: Involves fewer postures than in the more common yang-like practices; postures are more passive in nature, mainly done on the floor. Yin Yoga teaches us to soften and release into the postures, while noticing any unnecessary holding patterns causing tightness or limited range-of-movement patterns. 

Yoga Nidra practice: Be guided into the self-exploration of finding stillness and peace. Learn the tools to help ground, center and calm from within. 

Mat Pilates: Learn to isolate and precisely control your trunk muscles to help gain more functional strength. Increase coordination, strength and mobility with efficient and flowing movements.

Pilates Apparatus Classes 

Limited to 3 students in the studio; for clients with home equipment, option to join remotely if arranged in advance. All levels welcome. Class equipment includes: the pilates springboard, combo chair, Oov®, Magic Circle®, OptiNeck Balance Wedge® and more.

Semi-Private Sessions

Training sessions for 2 people with reoccurring appointment time slots offered in-person or online. Contact us for pricing details.

Private Group Classes

Private group classes are available for 1-5 participants (team, corporate, wedding party, family, etc.). Participation is exclusive to the private group, no other participants can join. Contact us for pricing details.
